Today Is the launch of Bookblock's Positive Post Campaign. The idea is that people can send free postcards to friends and family across the UK whilst all the donations go to NHS Charities Together COVID-19 Urgent Appeal that's helping NHS staff and volunteers get access to essential self-care tools at this challenging time. Bookblock have collaborated with artists, designers and chefs to produce beautiful postcard designs that aim to spread positivity.
I was so chuffed when Bookblock approached me to make a design for a postcard. The concept of paper planes came from the need to create something which everyone could relate to within their community and to also stir up some kind of positivity. Although we are cooped up in our individual houses, this campaign aims to connect people together and hopefully the Image I've created encapsulates this.
